Day 11
It’s Day 11 and though I splurged most of this yesterday I thought I needed to just go over it again to at least get it all clear in my own head having basically completed nano in a week.
I have been ploughing my way through NaNoWriMo this year 🙂 Though to be fair I have not just worked this years novel of which there is actually only 30 K words. Instead I have been working on filling in gaps in pervious novels set in the world and writing flash and short fiction based in the world. This helps me look in the back story so the writing of the actual story goes a lot faster!
I am now thinking that I should release some of the flash fics and shorts as a properly edited volume – as long term readers of my stuff will know – I am dyslexic and the stuff on the blogs can sometimes be a bit rough. SO after nano I shall see how many of these stories I have and then get them edited up.
Not sure yet what it will be called.
Welsh and Norse mythologies have now joined the meso-americian and greccio-roman/Indo-European mythoses and in general there is a very solid time line from evolutionary dawn to about 200 years in our future.
PiBoIdMo – the picture book challenge is also moving along a pace with all of the new ideas written up and some work having been put in on my Graphic Novel. I have tried been militant about carving out the time I need and hope I can maintain it through out the month!.
